Important Information about the Pension and Labor Reform<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At BELISARIO SAS, we are committed to keep you informed about the most important current issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What happened to the Pension Reform?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The recent decision of the Constitutional Court to return the Pension Reform Law to the House of Representatives to correct procedural defects in 30 working days, implies that the entry into force on July 1, 2025 is paused. <\/span><b>July 1, 2025 is on hold.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This situation reaffirms Law 100 of 1993 as the pension framework currently in force. The reform proposal seeks, among other objectives, to establish a system of pillars (solidary, semi-contributory, semi-contributory).<\/span><b> (solidarity, semi-contributory and contributory).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite the Constitutional Court&#8217;s decision, members may still request a transfer to another pension plan.
