The Senate of the Republic has advanced in the approval of several articles and the initiative has passed to the conciliation phase with the Senate and the House of Representatives.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key points of the reform<\/p>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Night shift: It is established that night work would begin as of 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>(currently, it is at 9:00 p.m.).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Sunday and Holiday Surcharge:<\/b> The payment for working Sundays and holidays would be progressively increased to 100% (currently 75%).
