Our code of ethics establishes the behavioral criteria to be followed by BELISARIO S.A.S. employees and contractors in order to strengthen the reputation and trust of the organization’s internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Chair
- Ensure compliance with the code of ethics defined for the organization.
- Follow up on the performance of employees, contractors and interested parties acting on behalf of BELISARIO S.A.S.
- Comply with ethical and impartiality provisions in the development of the work.
- Take the necessary measures in cases that may affect the integrity of the organization.
Vice-Presidency
- Verify compliance with ethical provisions.
- Follow up on cases presented with workers.
- Take relevant measures for workers, contractors and stakeholders of the organization.
- To comply with all the requirements associated with the code of ethics.
Process leaders
- Ensure that workers and equipment comply with the provisions associated with the code.
- Report to the Vice-Presidency all situations that are considered unethical.
- Participate in training sessions associated with the code.
- Verify that the principles, criteria and actions are complied with by the employees in charge.
- Apply the principles and requirements contained in this code.
Workers and contractors
- Comply with the provisions associated with the code.
- Report to the immediate supervisor those situations that are considered unethical.
- Participate in training sessions associated with the code.
- Adopt and apply the principles and requirements contained in this code.
General Description
The success of BELISARIO S.A.S. is based on the integrity of its relationships with employees, customers and suppliers; for this reason it is considered indispensable and non-negotiable that the conduct of all employees and contractors is within basic ethical principles and, therefore, it is expected that their behavior obeys the highest level of loyalty to related companies.
In this order of ideas, workers, contractors and interested parties of BELISARIO S.A.S. are in the obligation to avoid any conflict between particular interests and those of the other organizations with whom relations are established, during the execution of the service and in the development of all internal, external and inter-organizational relations. Each of the process leaders within the organization must promote and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures contemplated or associated with this guideline.

BELISARIO S.A.S. has defined that during the development of the functions and activities on behalf of the organization, will be subject to specific principles aimed at ensuring trust with customers, professionals and suppliers.
