- Legal representatives.
- Internal personnel of the company BELISARIO S.A.S., who keep and treat databases.
- Contractors and natural or legal persons who provide their services and receive services from BELISARIO S.A.S. under any type of contractual modality.

Concepts and definitions
- Authorization: Prior, express and informed consent of the holder to carry out the processing of personal data.
- Privacy Notice: Verbal or written communication generated by the responsible party, addressed to the holder for the processing of personal data, through which he/she is informed about the existence of the information processing policies that will be applicable, how to access them and the purposes of the processing that is intended to be given to personal data.
- Database: organized set of personal data that is subject to processing.
- Personal Data: Any information linked or that may be associated to one or several determined or determinable natural persons.
- Public Data: Data that is not semi-private, private or sensitive. Public data includes, among others, data related to the marital status of individuals, their profession or trade, and their status as merchants or public servants.
- Private Data: Data that, due to its intimate or reserved nature, is only relevant to the Data Subject.
- Semi-private data: Data that is not of an intimate, reserved or public nature and whose knowledge or disclosure may be of interest not only to its owner but also to a certain sector or group of persons or to society in general, such as financial and credit data on commercial activity or services referred to in Title IV of Law 1266 of 2008.
- Sensitive Data: Sensitive data are understood as those that affect the privacy of the holder or whose improper use may generate discrimination, such as those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical convictions, membership in trade unions, social organizations, human rights or that promote the interests of any political party or that guarantee the rights and guarantees of opposition political parties, as well as data related to health, sex life and biometric data.
- Data Controller: Natural or legal person, public or private, that by itself or in association with others, decides on the database and/or the processing of the data.
- Data Subject: Natural or Legal Person whose Personal Data is the object of Processing.
- Processing: Any operation or set of operations on personal data, such as the collection, storage, use, circulation or deletion thereof. These definitions shall be maintained when referring to the singular and plural, and shall be understood as modified when the applicable law and/or regulation and/or the interpretations of the competent authorities modify them.

Within the natural exercise of its activities, the company BELISARIO S.A.S. is committed to comply with legal requirements regarding the collection, use and processing of personal data of administrative and operational employees, customers, suppliers and contractors (stakeholders).
The purpose for the collection and processing of personal data of your interest group, is to improve the various services of the company BELISARIO S.A.S., in carrying out internal processes, activities, visits and services offered, as well as offering new products or improving existing ones that can contribute to the administrative and financial welfare of the same.
Our stakeholders must authorize the company BELISARIO S.A.S., the collection of personal data, through the implementation of forms or sending them through any other means. They must declare that they fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of the data provided and its treatment, in the terms stipulated in the policies of use and treatment of personal information, except in cases expressly authorized by law.
Our stakeholders are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the company is current, accurate and truthful, and must ensure that it is constantly updated. In any case, our stakeholders are solely responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damages caused to the company or to third parties, due to the information provided.
The company is fully subject to the guidelines of the Law, as well as its regulations and internal policies, so it will treat with extreme diligence and security the personal information and will give the best possible use to the information collected by physical, electronic means and that will integrate its databases or any kind of digital repository.
Validity of the databases
The company’s Databases will have the period of validity that corresponds to the purpose for which its processing was authorized and the special rules that regulate the matter, as well as those rules that establish the exercise of the legal functions assigned.
Validity of policies
This Policy is effective as of the date of its publication, with indefinite validity, and will be disclosed electronically. The company will review the policy once a year or whenever there are changes in the law.
For the above, any substantial change in the personal data processing policies will be communicated in a timely manner.

- File complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
- To revoke the authorization or request the deletion of the data, among others.
