ILO approves inclusion of Occupational Safety and Health as a fundamental right at work.
During the first week of the 110th Session DE 2022 of the International Labor Conference of the International Labor Organization (ILO), held in Geneva, Switzerland, the Committee on General Affairs managed the approval of the inclusion of Occupational Safety and Health as a fundamental principle and right at work . In this important advance for labor law, Dr. Belisario Velásquez Pinilla participated directly as delegate of the Colombian State to the ILO for the United Nations as Technical Advisor to the Committee on General Issues on Safety and Health at Work.
