Scope
Belisario Velásquez & Asociados S.A.S. declares its permanent commitment to comply with the current regulations issued by the Superintendence of Corporations, through the implementation and application of the Self-Control and Integral Risk Management System for Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (SAGRILAFT), as well as the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE), oriented to the prevention of corruption and transnational bribery.
The company has duly adopted SAGRILAFT and PTEE Manuals, which establish the policies, procedures, controls and responsibilities necessary for the identification, evaluation, control and monitoring of ML/FT/FPADM risks, as well as for the promotion of an organizational culture based on ethics, transparency and regulatory compliance.

The following events, among others, may be reported through this channel:
– Violations of the policies and procedures established in the SAGRILAFT and PTEE Manuals.
– Actual or potential conflicts of interest.
– Disclosure or misuse of confidential information.
– Unusual or suspicious transactions or activities related to ML/FT/AML/CFT.
– Abuse of position, position or functions to obtain personal or third party benefits.
– Acceptance of gifts, favors, donations, invitations, trips or payments that may directly or indirectly influence decision-making.
